1. Do I have to make an appointment before coming for a test?

Answer: No, all our services are on a walk-in, first come first serve basis. Our opening hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm MON - FRI, 8:30am - 12 midday SAT.

2. What do I need to bring when coming to do a test?

Answer: It all depends on what test you are having done, there maybe instances when you will have to walk with a sample of urine, stool or semen (if male). We suggest you contact us for any advice needed prior a visit.

3. What actions need to be taken before doing a test?

Answer: Some tests may require special preparations such as fasting, others may not, please refer to the Patient Resources page or contact us for more info.

4. How long will it take to get my results?

Answer: The majority of our tests are available by the next working day, however some tests are done on certain days which may take longer, and there are others than are return almost instantly.

5. What payment methods are accepted at Sigma?

Answer: Sigma accepts payment for services by cash or cheque.

6. Is my identity and results confidential at Sigma lab?
